THE CABINET CARD GALLERY 
That’s not exactly a complicated dress. She has on a lace over-top, often seen in Scandinavian women’s clothes. It’s sort of like a “dickie.” It buttons up to the neck but isn’t really a part of the dress itself. You can take it off sort of like a bib or lacey apron.
