Research found little about the photographer except that his complete name was Albert Drago.

Albert Drago was born Dec. 23, 1862, in Ontario, and died Nov. 17, 1912, in Cleveland, OH:. Source Ohio Deaths.
He was married in Bay City, on May 2, 1889, to Ada Hart Thompson, who was born in 1867 in Mich.
My Great Grandparents were married in Bay City, MI in 1883. The woman looks just like my Grandmother and older Sister. There names were James Carbary and Amanda Borden. Did it say anything at all on the back of the photo? Thank you!
