INTERESTING MUSTACHE IN WINCHESTER, ILLINOIS

A well dressed gentleman poses for his cabinet card photograph at the studio of George Jefferson (not the “moving on up” George Jefferson). The reverse of the card indicates that the subject of this photograph is named George King. He is wearing a pin but the insignia image  is unclear and can’t be identified.
