It is Sofia. The photographer looks like Korasmandro?? I’m guessing it is a Greek name.
The photographer in question is Dimitar Anastasov Karastoyanov (1856 – 1919) – Several generations of the (Bulgarian) family worked as photographers and as such they are probably the best known for early Bulgarian photography. The studio´s location was at the Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard, a boulevard in the centre of Sofia.
