  1. You might be interested in the following Victorin Photo Portrait album: 46 Named Victorian Photo Portraits: Boston Wakefield Clinton, etc, Massachusetts. Small, many-paged Victorian photograph album containing 46 mostly-named studio portraits of residents of Massachusetts, United States of America. The naming of these portraits is unusual for a Victorian photo album. Alao unusual is that some of the portraits have their relationships specified, for example, “Aunt of….”, “Sister of……” etc. The following locations are mentioned: Boston, Fitchburg, Wakefield, and Clinton. The naming of these portraits is unusual for a Victorian photo album. Surnames (mostly Irish) include: McCarthy, Daly, Grace, Donnelly, Powell, McMahon, Mahoney, Kane, Mahoney, Roddy, Woods, Ryan, Murphy, Monroe, Bates, Coleman, Bray, Keilty, McCarthy, Delaney, etc. Most are single portraits, a few pairs, one family. Includes priests, coal merchants etc. Original gilt decorated leather with metal clasp locking arm missing. Wear and tear as with age with the spine band detached from the pages but present; pages securely attached to each other. Pages remain well preserved. Size 15cmx12.5cmx6.5cm.
