This is an adorable vintage real photo postcard. The little girl and her dog are both very cute. This postcard is sweet. The postcard was published by Alfred Noyer. It is part of a series (no. 9387). He was a well known and acclaimed photographer. His Paris studio operated between 1910 and the 1940’s. (SOLD)
This vintage photograph features a most adorable dachshund popping out of a wicker waste basket. I can not guarantee that this cute canine is a dachshund but that is my best guess. The photographer and the location that this photo was taken, are unidentified. The dog also preferred to remain anonymous. SOLD
A young child and dog pose for their portrait at the photo studio of Dietrich and White in Chemnitz, Germany. On the reverse of the cdv, photographer White is further identified as “Joh Carl White”. Chemnitz is a city in eastern Germany. To be more exact, it is located in Saxony. (SOLD)
This vintage real photo portrait postcard is a nice piece of military history. I wish I knew more about this group of soldiers and their weapons. The men are armed and look dangerous. Note the two mortars. A soldier in the bottom row is holding a flag. A small dog is sitting in front of the men. He is likely the unit’s mascot. The message on the reverse of the postcard probably reveals some of the story behind this image. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a translation. However, the writing on the reverse of the postcard informs us that the photograph was taken in 1926, a year that lies between the World War I and World War II. A lovely young couple pose with their baby and their dog in a family portrait photograph. It is not clear whether the photo was taken outdoors, or in a photo studio. Writing on the reverse of the postcard indicates that the message was written in 1913. The postcard was sent to someone in Paris, France. SOLD

The photographer and the location where the photo was taken are unidentified. This vintage snapshot photograph features a man and his dog sitting on his front porch. There is a bench on the porch and there appears to be a blanket hanging on a clothes line. His house is made of wood. There is a jar on the ground in front of the porch. The vegetation in front of the porch suggests that the house is located in a dry climate. The photo was obtained in the Hill Country outside of Austin, Texas. Paper residue on the reverse of the photo indicate that it is a refugee from a photo album. This vintage real photo postcard is precious. A young mother and her two toddler children pose in front of their rustic looking stone house. Joining the gathering is the family dog. Mom is kneeling in order to be at the same level as her two kids. Next to the house is a stockade type fence. SOLD
