This cabinet card photograph is a portrait of a very sweet and adorable little girl posing in the studio of Siegel Cooper in Chicago Illinois. She appears a bit fearful but at the same time she appears to be interested in what is happening around her.  She is perched on a wicker chair.     This is Siegel Cooper, well known 19th century department stores in New York and Chicago. The photo appears to be early 1890s based on the cardstock and gilt edges.
