It looks like the right hand or the area around it have been touched up. She is not wearing gloves, is she?
Magnification reveals that she is wearing very thin gloves. To the bare eyes it looks like her veins are showing on the back of her hands. After magnifying the image it is clear that what looks like veins is actually a designed pattern on the back of the gloves.
