A written inscription on the reverse of the photograph reveals that the image was produced in 1912. Really sweet, this baby, the hat is one to remember, and the perambulator looks like pure luxury – as it was, those days.
I had to show this photo to my mother, who is a knitter/crocheter. She’s determined to try to duplicate that hat. 🙂 I love seeing these very old handicrafts.
