He looks like Ashley Wilkes on the Grand Tour.
I actually had to look up Ashley Wilkes to find out who he was. Although he was a fictional character, he does resemble the actor who played Ashley Wilkes in “Gone With The Wind” (1939). Another great observation. Your fund of knowledge and your memory is very impressive.
