A young woman wearing wire rimmed glasses is the subject of this portrait by C. Sorensen. Sorensen operated a studio in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The woman in this portrait appears prim and proper. She exudes a certain conservatism. Her hairstyle is quite unique. She has piled much of her hair just above her forehead. The reverse of the cabinet card has an inscription that states “Anna Hubbard …From Belle P.”. Presumably, this woman in this photograph is “Belle P.”.
