Hi! I’d love to use one of A Noyers pictures in a commercial project. do you know if this is possible due to licensing? would you know who to contact for the rights to his pictures? many thanks in advance!
I am sorry. I do not know much about the legalities of using a vintage postcard in a project. If the postcards are copyrighted, I am sure you will need permission. However noyer postcards are so old, one would expect the copyright to expire. I would guess you would need to find out if someone else now holds the copyright. In addition, this gets complicated because these are postcards from Europe and it’s probably their laws that apply. Sorry I don’t have much knowledge about this area. Good luck.
