This cabinet card appears to feature a Reading wedding couple. The couple is well dressed and the bride is wearing a feathered hat instead of a veil which lends some doubt to the wedding theory. The woman is wearing and holding flowers. Note her thin waist and his large hands. The photographer is John D. Strunk who operated in Reading, Pennsylvania. Brides rarely wore veils and many times the veils in old photographs belonged to the photographer. I have a group from one area and you can see that the veil was pulled out of a box and plopped on the head of the bride, wrinkles and all. And several of the brides were using the same veil. Out of a group of 17 only one bride wore white.
